We service locations within a 50km radius of Tweed Heads, covering most of the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers region. Special arrangements can be made for locations outside this area.

We bring all necessary exercise equipment for your session. Our mobile setup includes resistance bands, weights, assessment tools, and specialised equipment as required for your specific program.

Absolutely! We are a mobile based team so we can meet you in a gym that is close to you. We encourage our WorkCover & CTP clients to attend their sessions in a gym as we have greater access to equipment to progress you and return you to full capacity sooner.

We understand that you may have a busy schedule. We are happy to arrange regular weekly or bi-weekly appointments at your preferred location and time slot.
