As we age, our strength and mobility declines and exercise can be somewhat daunting and challenging.
Our stay independent at home program ensures our seniors are ageing actively and safely under the support of an Exercise Physiologist.
Our Exercise Physiologists deliver sessions with an evidence-based approach to help seniors improve strength, balance, coordination and mobility.
We’re firm believers in that ageing doesn’t have to be a painful and arduous process. We’re here to inspire you to age healthy, remain steady on your feet and enjoy the later years of life.
Improve Strength & Mobility – Regain your strength and mobility needed to perform everyday tasks. This may include getting on and off your lounge chair, maintaining your strength to carry the groceries or being able to confidently use your walking stick. Our goal is to keep you active and independent.
Falls Prevention – As we age, maintaining balance and preventing falls becomes crucial for preserving independence and quality of life. One in three adults over 65 experiences a fall each year; indicating the necessity to stay agile as we age. We design targeted balance and strength exercises to reduce the risk of falls and improve confidence in daily movements.
Coordination and Proprioception – Improved coordination and proprioception allows seniors to navigate their environments with ease, boosting their independence. Coordination exercises also stimulate the brain, keeping you sharp and improving your focus. We like to challenge our seniors with different scenarios, equipment and environments during sessions to better predict real-life scenarios.
Cognitive and Emotional Wellbeing – Exercise is not just for the body—it benefits the mind too. Physical activity can help improve mood, reduce anxiety, and enhance cognitive function including those those with dementia, anxiety and depression.
Chronic Disease Management – We specialise in exercise interventions for conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, and cardiovascular diseases. Regular physical activity can help manage symptoms, improve energy levels, and enhance overall health.
Having a falls related incident can severely impact your overall health, well being and longevity.
However, there’s good news: many falls are preventable through targeted exercise programs designed by Exercise Physiologists.

We arrive fully equipped with everything needed for your session:
We service locations within a 50km radius of Tweed Heads, covering most of the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers region. Special arrangements can be made for locations outside this area.
We bring all necessary exercise equipment for your session. Our mobile setup includes resistance bands, weights, assessment tools, and specialised equipment as required for your specific program.
Certainly! We have great relationships with the majority of gyms and hydrotherapy centres within our service area.
We’re more than happy to meet you there!
We understand that you may have a busy schedule. We are happy to arrange regular weekly or bi-weekly appointments at your preferred location and time slot.
The initial assessment is where you and Exercise Physiologist get to meet for the first time. The purpose of the initial assessment is for you and the Exercise Physiologist to get to know each other, discuss your goals, discuss your medical history history, complete some physical assessments (such as strength and balance) and most importantly collaborate together to develop an individualised exercise plan. The initial assessment is usually more talk based, rather than exercise based – the majority of exercises begin after the initial assessment.
Upon completion of your initial assessment, you and your EP will devise the optimal plan for you to start achieving your goals!
The majority of our Aged Care services are delivered through Home Care Packages (HCP) – speak with you Case Manager to see if you are eligible.
We do support all funding options though, so please reach out to see hoe we can best help you
